Clarity Funding LTD Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Clarity Funding LTD Simulated Trading Program (“Program”) offered by Clarity Funding LTD (“Clarity Funding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Nature of the Program

The Program is a simulated trading environment designed to evaluate and develop trading skills. All trading activities within the Program are conducted using virtual funds and do not involve real capital or actual financial transactions. The Program is not a live trading platform, and no real money is traded or invested.

  1. No Investment Opportunity

The Program is not an investment opportunity, and Clarity Funding does not offer or promote it as such. Participants engage in simulated trading for skill assessment and educational purposes only. Clarity- Clarity Funding does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or guarantees of profit. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and should not construe participation as an opportunity to generate investment returns.

  1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws.
    Clarity Funding reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation at its sole discretion.
  1. Performance-Based Fees

Participants who successfully meet the Program’s performance criteria, as outlined in the Program guidelines, may be eligible to receive performance-based fees. These fees are compensation for demonstrated trading skill in the simulated environment and are not returns on any investment. Payouts are subject to:

  • Verification of performance metrics by Clarity Funding.
  • Compliance with all Program rules and these Terms.
  • Applicable taxes, which participants are responsible for reporting and paying.
    Clarity Funding reserves the right to modify payout criteria or amounts at its discretion.
  1. Program Rules and Conduct

Participants must adhere to the Program’s rules, which will be provided upon registration. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to manipulate the simulated trading platform.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
    Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any performance-based fees.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided in connection with the Program are the property of Clarity Funding or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Program without prior written consent from Clarity Funding.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Clarity Funding is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues or interruptions in the simulated trading platform.
  • Errors in performance tracking or fee calculations.
  • Participant decisions or actions based on Program participation.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Funding’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the participant to join the Program.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clarity Funding, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these Terms.

  1. Termination

Clarity Funding may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the simulated trading platform, and any pending performance-based fees may be forfeited.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Modifications

Clarity Funding reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Clarity Funding website, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

CFL complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. Traders must provide accurate information for identity verification and are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local financial, tax, and legal regulations, including any tax obligations related to payouts.
